If you have a formal legal inquiry, a data-access request, or a concern about how your account information is handled, our compliance team is reachable through three channels. Our response target for formal written requests is two business days. For account holders in Semarang or elsewhere in Indonesia, every channel below connects you to the same team with the same response commitment.

How We Protect and Manage Your Data

Our data practices are built around your right to know, access, and correct the information we hold.

Enkripsi Data

All personal data and payment records — including DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transaction logs — are encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, so your information stays private at every step.

Hak Akses Akun

You may request a full export of your account data at any time via Settings → Legal Request. We process data-export requests within five business days and deliver them in a readable, structured format to your registered email.

Kebijakan Cookie

We use session cookies for login security and analytics cookies to measure page performance. You can review and withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie preference panel in your account settings.

Retensi Data

Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years in line with our operating obligations. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified account-closure request, except where retention is required by applicable regulation.

Two-step verification is available for all accounts and we strongly encourage you to activate it under Security Settings. Failed login attempts trigger an automatic 15-minute lockout and an alert email to your registered address.

Your account relationship with kawanjitu is governed by our Terms and Conditions in conjunction with applicable regulations. Whether specific services are available to you depends on local law in your jurisdiction within Indonesia.

Yes. Submit a data-export request via Settings → Legal Request inside your account. We will compile your profile data, transaction history — including DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS records — and deliver it to your registered email within five business days.

After closing your account, submit a formal deletion request through the Legal Request form. We delete profile data within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations required by our operating rules. Transaction records may be retained longer where regulations require it.

Reach our compliance team via the legal email address or the in-account Legal Request form. We acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within seven business days, providing a written outcome to your registered address.

We share payment data — including records from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS — only with the payment processors needed to complete your transactions. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstance.

We send an email notification to your registered address at least 14 days before any material change to our Terms and Conditions takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Inactive accounts retain their data for 12 months, after which we may archive or delete non-transactional profile data. You can request early deletion at any time via the Legal Request form. Transaction records are held for a minimum of five years as required.
